Ways to save at Dyson
Newsletter Sign-up Bonus
New customers can often secure a 10% discount on their first order by subscribing to the official newsletter. This also provides early access to seasonal sales and new product launches.
Shop Certified Refurbished
The Dyson Outlet offers refurbished machines that have undergone a rigorous 70-point testing process. These items typically come with a one-year guarantee and can be priced up to 50% lower than brand-new models.
Price Promise Guarantee
If you find a lower price on an identical model at major retailers like Argos, Currys, or John Lewis within seven days of your purchase, Dyson will refund the difference, provided the item is in stock elsewhere.
Student and Key Worker Savings
Eligible students and NHS staff can often access exclusive discounts ranging from 5% to 15% through verified affiliate platforms like Student Beans or UNiDAYS, particularly on outlet and selected floorcare items.

Frequently asked questions
How do I apply a Dyson promo code to my order?
Add your chosen items to the basket and proceed to the checkout. After entering your delivery details and moving to the payment section, look for the 'Have you got a promotional code' link. Paste your code into the box and click apply to update your total.
What is the Dyson return policy for sale items?
Dyson offers a 35-day money-back guarantee on larger machines like vacuums and hair care tools, even if purchased during a sale. Smaller items or specific categories like purifiers and fans may have a shorter 14-day return window.
Does Dyson offer free delivery in the UK?
Yes, free next-day delivery is standard for most machines ordered before 9pm, though some geographic restrictions apply. For accessories and spare parts, delivery is free on orders over £35; otherwise, a small fee is charged.
Can I use multiple discount codes on a single purchase?
Dyson typically only allows one promotional code to be used per transaction. However, these codes can often be applied to items already featured in the 'Deals' section for compounded savings.
What kind of warranty comes with discounted products?
Purchasing an item at a discount does not affect the manufacturer's guarantee. Most upright and cylinder vacuums include a 5-year guarantee, while cordless models and hair care products are generally covered for 2 years.
